5 days tour from Marrakech to Erg Chigaga, visit Mhamid desert from Marrakech
On this 5 days Marrakech Desert Tour, departure to Ouarzazate via the spectacular mountain of the High Atlas. We will pass by the Tizi N tichka pass. Then we visit the Kasbah Telouet (lunch on-site). Arrive at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, towards the evening, after having passed the magnificent valley of Ounila with its Berber villages. continue to Ouarzazate where we spend the night in a hotel
The second-day departure from Ouarzazate at 7:30. We will go to the kasbah of sign one. At this point we continue towards Agdez (stop for a break) by the Tizi-n-Tinififft (1660 meters above the ocean level) we will take the track that leads to the Kasbah of Alkaid Ali Tamnougalte, lunch in a restaurant. Then in the afternoon, we continue to Zagora through the Draa Valley with its parade of palm trees and Ksour (arriving late afternoon in Zagora). Have dinner and spend your night at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we start our trip and visit Zaouïa (the old Koranic library), it is the potters and the underground of the Kasbah. Then continue to M’hamid where we have lunch. In the afternoon, we will take the track that leads to the dunes of Chegaga. There you will see the sunset and spend the night at the Bivouac. Finally dinner and overnight in bivouac.
Wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise on the top of the dunes and after breakfast start your trip to Forum Zguid. We will go through people who live in nomadic Berber tents. Then we will see the Iriqui dry lake and the desert plates filled with acacia plants (picnic for lunch on-site). Finally, we arrive at Ouarzazate via Taznathte, where we take our dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
After breakfast, we will first visit the city of Ouarzazate and the movie studio, and the Kasbah of Taourirt before going to Marrakech. Through the Tizi N-Tichka pass. Finally, we arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon where the tour ends.
